Clientshaw — CRM pipeline for small teams
A concept CRM for a small sales team: a visual pipeline, contact and company records, follow-up tasks and simple pipeline reporting.

This is an illustrative concept study, not a client engagement. It describes a reference approach rather than delivered results.
Small teams outgrow the shared inbox long before they can justify an enterprise CRM. Leads go cold because follow-ups live in memory, not in a system.
The challenge
Small teams outgrow the shared inbox long before they can justify an enterprise CRM. Leads go cold because follow-ups live in memory, not in a system.
Our approach
Clientshaw keeps the model deliberately small: a pipeline board, contact and company records, and a follow-up task list. Everything a five-person sales team touches daily, nothing they have to administer.
Key features
- Drag-style pipeline board across deal stages
- Contact and company records with activity history
- Follow-up tasks with due dates
- Pipeline totals and win-rate reporting
The stack
React and TypeScript with a managed database; every record scoped by team with row-level security.
What this demonstrates
A right-sized CRM pattern — the 20% of features a small sales team actually uses, done properly.
