How AKS Techies handles the information you share through this website.
Contact and enquiry forms
When you send an enquiry — through the contact page or the website assistant — we store your name, email address, optional company and budget details, and your message so the team can read and reply to you. Enquiries are visible only to authorised administrators. We use them only to respond to you, never for marketing lists, and we never sell or share them with third parties.
Website assistant
Messages you send to the assistant are processed by an AI provider to generate an answer. Chat conversations are not stored on our servers: they remain in the current page until you reload or leave it. If you choose to send your project details from the assistant, they are stored as an enquiry exactly like the contact form. To protect the service from abuse, message frequency is limited per visitor.
Accounts and administration
Administrator accounts are used only to manage blog articles and enquiries. This website does not offer public sign-ups and does not track you with advertising or analytics cookies.
Theme preference
The website is shown in light mode unless you choose dark mode with the theme control. Your choice is stored only on your device so it is remembered on your next visit; it is never sent to our servers or used for tracking.
