Amberwick Ops — bookings operations dashboard
A concept operations dashboard for a service business: bookings, customers, services and settings in one admin workspace, with metrics that answer 'how is this week going?' at a glance.

This is an illustrative concept study, not a client engagement. It describes a reference approach rather than delivered results.
Service businesses running on spreadsheets lose track of bookings, double-handle customer details and cannot answer simple questions about revenue. They need one workspace, not five tools.
The challenge
Service businesses running on spreadsheets lose track of bookings, double-handle customer details and cannot answer simple questions about revenue. They need one workspace, not five tools.
Our approach
We designed a single admin workspace around the daily routine: today's bookings, recent enquiries, customer records and the metrics an owner checks every morning. Access is role-based so staff see what they need and nothing more.
Key features
- Bookings list with status management and scheduling
- Customer records with history and notes
- Service catalogue management
- Headline metrics for bookings, enquiries and revenue
The stack
React and TypeScript on the front end, a managed database with row-level security for role-based access, and server functions for every write.
What this demonstrates
An internal-tools pattern that replaces spreadsheet sprawl with a single, secure operations workspace.
