PocketRoutine — habit tracking mobile app
A concept habit-tracking app: daily checklists, streaks, weekly progress and gentle reminders, wrapped in a calm, encouraging interface.

This is an illustrative concept study, not a client engagement. It describes a reference approach rather than delivered results.
Habit apps fail when tracking feels like a chore. The interaction has to be faster than the habit it records, and the feedback has to feel worth coming back for.
The challenge
Habit apps fail when tracking feels like a chore. The interaction has to be faster than the habit it records, and the feedback has to feel worth coming back for.
Our approach
The concept reduces the daily loop to a single checklist with one-tap completion, then layers motivation on top: streaks, a weekly view and reminders that nudge without nagging.
Key features
- One-tap daily habit checklist
- Streak tracking and weekly progress view
- Configurable reminder notifications
- Offline-first so the checklist works anywhere
The stack
A React Native front end with local-first storage, syncing to a managed backend when a connection is available.
What this demonstrates
A consumer-app pattern where the core loop takes seconds and retention comes from visible progress.
