Helpnook — AI-assisted support console
A concept helpdesk console where AI drafts suggested responses from the conversation and the knowledge base, and agents approve or edit before replying.

This is an illustrative concept study, not a client engagement. It describes a reference approach rather than delivered results.
Support teams answer the same questions daily while harder tickets queue behind them. Fully automated replies risk confident nonsense reaching customers; fully manual queues burn out agents.
The challenge
Support teams answer the same questions daily while harder tickets queue behind them. Fully automated replies risk confident nonsense reaching customers; fully manual queues burn out agents.
Our approach
Helpnook sits in the middle: for each conversation it drafts a suggested response grounded in the knowledge base and the thread history. Agents accept, edit or ignore the suggestion — response quality and accountability stay human.
Key features
- AI-suggested responses per conversation
- Grounding in the help centre's own articles
- One-click use, edit or dismiss
- Full conversation history and customer context
The stack
A server-side AI gateway with retrieval over the knowledge base; suggestions are stored as drafts, never sent automatically.
What this demonstrates
A human-in-the-loop AI pattern for support: faster first responses without surrendering the reply to a model.
