Petalwright — florist website
A concept website for an independent florist: seasonal collections, wedding and event enquiry paths, delivery information and a soft botanical visual language.

This is an illustrative concept study, not a client engagement. It describes a reference approach rather than delivered results.
Florists juggle two very different customers: someone ordering a birthday bouquet in two minutes, and a couple planning wedding flowers over months. Most florist sites serve neither well.
The challenge
Florists juggle two very different customers: someone ordering a birthday bouquet in two minutes, and a couple planning wedding flowers over months. Most florist sites serve neither well.
Our approach
The concept separates the fast path (seasonal collections, delivery areas, ordering) from the considered path (weddings and events, with a gallery and a structured enquiry). A soft botanical palette and generous photography carry the brand.
Key features
- Seasonal collection pages updated through the CMS
- Separate wedding and events section with enquiry form
- Delivery area and ordering information
- Photography-led layouts optimised for fast loading
The stack
Server-rendered React, Tailwind CSS and the managed CMS, with local-business structured data for search.
What this demonstrates
A two-speed website pattern for retail-and-events businesses: quick purchases and long-lead enquiries on the same site.
